Hello, I've just bought this theme but I really don't understand how it works!
I've installed the neuron plugin and after several bugs I succeed to import the demo. But see what's on my website now: errors lines, could you explain how to figure this out ?
Moreover, I was interrested by the fullscreen home page but I don't see it in the menu.
Then I thought that this theme will come with a specific documentation but it's not the case, and sorry but when we are not used to neuron we are completly lost on your website.
We're sorry for your experience with our Ellada theme, if you still want to give it a try, I would be delighted to help you, because there can be a server issue, I can suggest you take a look at the following article to check how to fix that issue.
But I've tried to do that but it didn't work. and I don't want to spend hours on this theme before even start to write any content. The problem do not come from the header but from your plugin !
How can it be up to envato, as my request for a refund is not registered through your link? If I an't select your item, they have no idea about this case !
