So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
This can be caused by a plugin, can you please go and deactivate all of the plugins besides those that are required by the theme and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate them one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to find which plugin is causing this issue.
I'm really sorry to hear this, I'll lead this issue to the Dev team immediately, just to make sure, that this is not related to the theme, can you please test in on a fresh WP on your local servers, install just the theme and it's required plugins, and then try to import the demo data, and tell me if everything is loading alright, as I've already done some testings on my local servers, and everything is working alright with the theme latest versions.

I've copied your whole site and added it on my local server 1:1, and everything was alright, the issue is that the Elementor is not loading on your site, you can't get into its editor.
1) The main reason I think is that your host is preventing Elementor to do edits, the problem can also be in the permissions, can you change your host permissions 755
2) Try to disable the server caching and test it again.

I have contacted the company hosting our website and transferred your last post.
I deleted and re-installed Elementor/ Neuro Core/ One Click Demo Import plugins.
=> When I try to edit a page in Elementor I have this: Your site doesn't have a default kit
=> I recreate it (Elementor > Tools > General Tab.) but a "New Default Kit" is not generated
Another thing I don't understand is why I cannot import child theme demo. See attachment.
Reason: 503 - Service Unavailable.
