Problem using Kyoto template Neuron Core/ Elementor Plugins

    I am setting up my Page (with a Blog) with the Kyoto Template. But I am having problems getting the templates to work. I think the problem is with the plugins Neuron Core and Elementor.

    When I have Neuron Core installed, Elementor is not loading (see screenshot). When I deinstall Neuron Core, Elementor is loading and working, but the templates do not work/ are not connected.

    Can you give me any advice how to get started with my Blog?

    Hi,

    Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Kyoto theme and Neuron Core plugin.

    Kyoto Theme Version 1.2.4
    Neuron Core Plugin 1.0.1

    You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below: 

    https://envato.com/market-plugin/

    So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.

    Thank you for your help. Yes indeed I had Version 1.2.3 - I dowloaded it just a few days ago in theme forest (?). 

    I tried to update with the plugin you have sent me - I downloaded it and installed it in Wordpress - but it does not let me update Kyoto theme (see screenshot). I can only click "costumize" but that sends me to my templates (second screenshot).

    Also where do I find that version of Neuron - I installed it yesterday but it is 1.0.0.

    What can I do?

    Thank you.

    But I can still not update the template. I downloaded yesterday from Themeforest, but I have version 1.2.3. Where can I download the Version 1.2.4.? 

    I tried to Update with the plugin you shared me - but it is not working, still Version 1.2.3. (see screenshot)

    Hi Tamara,

    If you install the version of the Neuron Core plugin I've attached, the issue will be gone, as the new version of the theme just includes the latest version of the Neuron Core plugin, but as you have some issues with updating it via the Envato Market plugin, I've attached the plugin so it'll solve the issue.

    You can update it by deleting the current version of the plugin you have and installing the new one.

    Thank you, it worked now by installing the new Neuron version!

    I started building the page now. It works fine for Chrome/ Firefox. Yet in Safari the page does not show correctly (many Elements missing). https://circular-communities.com/

    Do you have advice on this?

    I've just checked it on different devices in the office, and the site was loading all right on the Safari browser.

    Please try to clear your browser's cache or test it on another device.

    Thank you! That was so helpful - it works now with Safari.

    I have another question. I tried to change the main color (the orange-reddish) and I did it as you suggested in another post. I changed them by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Style. and by going to Eleemntor Site Settings > Style > Background.

    Yet it became a bit of chaos now - see screenshots - for example, with background colours, when I hover over links etc. Is there any option to set it all back?
