Elementor error 500 and installation of the theme Floona

    Hello,

I tried to install the Floona theme on my website and I also activated it following the instructions. However, when I tried to edit the homepage, an error of Elementor occurred "error 500" and I couldn't edit the page.

Then I restored a backup of my website and decided it would have been better to test the site on a second website. I installed the theme on Altervista, but now I can't activate the theme since it says this on the License section:

    License Verification
Enable the Neuron Builder License Verfication through Envato,
the verification will unlock various features of the theme.

I deleted my previous key but I can't find a section where I can add my new token key.

Do you know what would be better to do? Is it okay to create the theme on Altervista and then move it to the official site? Why did I see the error 500 and couldn't edit the page with elementor?

    Main website: https://jessicaraddino.it/
    Second website:https://jessicaraddino.altervista.org/

    Thank you very much,

    Jessica

    Hello,

thank you, I already did it and I managed to install it on localhost.
I hope I won't have problems once I decide to move my site from localhost to remote.
I think the problem I got it's due to the online website.

    I will update you.
    Thanks,
    Jessica
