Same as a lot of other ticket issues here i cant install the theme. It is always creating a critial error or just dont load. I cant be more specific because im not even able to install it. It seems to be the issue of Neuron Builder.
Ive tried around 7 times to install. It either gives me a critical error, where i have to delete all Plugins to even get back to my wordpress dashboard or it is just hanging forever on the installing in attached screenshot.
It took me a few tries to figure out, but it seems that the Wordpress importer is causing this error. After deactivating all Plugins, and installing Neuron Builder after, i was finally able to install the neuron builder. I was also able to activate the Neuron Builder, but however i am not able to go trough the Theme Setup. Again i am receiving an error message and cant finish the installation/setup.(see screenshot attached) Also i am not able to Import the demo content, loading time is endless and it is not importing the content (see screenshot). And on top of that i am only able to see the Main Demo and no other Demo Pages to import
I dont know what the problem is with this theme, but it is really frustrating to deal with.
I purchased the theme, tried to install, but its not working. The Documentation is not how it looks and when installing i get a critical error.

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
