Hi, we've been have some troubles to install the template, it seems it requires an activation code, but can't find how to enable it, can help us? in addition when we install the neuron builder plug ing the wp installation get crash.

Sorry for the late reply, it's the weekend and we're working only part-time.
As you had the Envato Market plugin installed, the priority of the license moves from Neuron to Envato, so I've just deactivated the Envato Market plugin, and added the license API token at Dashboard > Neuron > License.
Now the license is activated, and you can continue to work on your site.

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
