I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
First, you need to go to Dashboard > Templates > Popup and make sure you have the Menu Overlay template, then go to the header template and add an icon, and link the popup to that icon as shown in the attached screenshot.
the 5 are put! just one last detail I would like to change the elements of the footer on the menu but the "Edit model window" is not clickable, do you have any idea why? thank you

You have to go to your mobile menu popup template, open it on Elementor's editor, then go to the Nav Menu widget inside the template and choose your own menu.
If you want to edit it in the future, you just have to go to the homepage, hover at the Edit with Elementor button and click on the Mobile Menu template.
Do you think I can bother you a bit more for my redirect problem? I can put the slug and remove the pages in Model, nothing changes, it's the TICKET #3152468 otherwise I'll wait for an answer no problem
