Hi there, I purchased Conlectio Theme and trying to activate it for my website, but I don't see Neuron in the dashboard in the Wordpress CMS. And I can't upload the demo.
But don't need Neuron Builder, I would like to use the actual theme that I've purchased, which is Confection. How can I get file for this specific theme and use it..
It is really frustrating - after I've purchased a beautiful theme, I've got a Neron Builder to create everything myself - and all documentation is around Neuron. nI'd really appreciate some guidance how to start with the actual Conlectio Theme, it is activated but absolutely nothing is showing in the backend or working.
The Neuron Builder is a core plugin of the Conlectio theme, the theme won't work without the plugin.
I'm seeing that you've installed the plugin and activated the license, so now all you need to do is to import the pre-made demo pages of the Conlectio theme, you can import the demo data by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer, and importing the Main Demo that you'll see there, it includes all the demo pages.
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

Now I can't activate the token that I've got from Envato, absolutely nothing happens after I add the token number and press "Save changes".

I imported the demo, but absolutely nothing happened - the backend is the same, and nothing from the theme is uploaded.
It would be helpful if there would be documentation on the actual theme, not just the builder,
