Bonjour, j'ai acheté le theme Otivar mais un fois installé dans wordpress je n'ai ni le header ni le menu ni le footer rien à part le track mouse du thème je suis sur mac ai-je oublié d'installer quelques choses ? Merci
Hello, I bought the Otivar theme but once installed in wordpress I have neither the header nor the menu nor the footer, nothing except the track mouse of the theme I am on mac did I forget to install a few things? Thanks
The first thing you need to do when you install our theme is to install all the required plugins by the theme, you can find them by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.
Then you have to activate the license, can you please take a look at the following video tutorial on how to activate the License?
After you activate the license, you have to import the demo data, you can do it by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Import, and importing the Main Demo (it includes all the demo pages of the Otivar theme).
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Otivar Theme.

Thank you for your time, what are the plugins required by the theme? I can't find Neuron in the extensions like in the video how can I proceed?

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

when I want to activate neuron builder at the top right it says "Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page."
if I give you my wordpress ID and my activation key will you be able to do it for me? I've been on it for 4 hours I'm starting to lose hope :'(

1) You need to deactivate the Envato Market plugin, and the license option will be added back to the Dashboard > Neuron > License.
Because when you enable the Envato Market plugin, it gets the priority of the license.
