    Hi,

    I am having two issues.  Am trying to build my site, and would like to base it on one of the many demos you seem to offer under this product.  However the Demo importer does not bring up any of your themes for me, it simply brings up the "Digital Designer" page.  

    The second issue, is that when I try and start my page, and go under blocks, many of the blocks are showing an error when I want to import them.  

    I purchased this product so I do not have to build a page from scratch, as I simply don't have that kind of time.  I would love to use your pre-made pages to make my website.  Can you please help?

    Hi Farzam,

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
    Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
    Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000
    

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values to your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
    php_value memory_limit 256M
    php_value upload_max_filesize 10M
    

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    The below suggestion only worked partially.  The Demos are still no loading.

    I'm seeing that you've deactivated the Arica theme, are you planning to use it?

    I would love to help you to solve these issues, but if you have already decided not to use the Arica theme, sure we'll accept a refund request, hope in the future our paths will cross again.

    Thank you for your reply.  I'm sorry I have already deactivated and downloaded another platform for my website.  Under ordinary circumstances I would be more patient, but given some life circumstances a few short days opened up to be able to work on my website and I simply could not spend time trouble shooting.  I did really like your theme, and am sure you will sort out the wrinkles.  Yes please, if you haven't already, it would be very appreciated if you can process the refund.  Please let me know if you would like anything from my side.  The payment should have gone through under my name "Farzam Mohajer".  Appreciate your communication.
