I would like to have a checkbox that people can check if they want to receive the newsletter on my contact form. I've tried several possibilities : the item was either set on "acceptance" or "checkbox". I did several trials but when I receive the email on my side, there's no way of knowing if they checked the box or not. I'm pretty sure there's something I can do to have this information - could you help me ?
