I am facing many support issues for quite a few months now... and i think it is time that you address them at last, please!
The latest issue is that i cannot post to my pending tickets as there is a sign that my support has expired, although i recently renew it, and i still have 5 months left!
1) Regarding the tickets themselves the first is PRIVATE TICKET #2993362 which started at March and still no real asnwer/solution, despite that you keep saying that you are looking into that.
2) The second one is PUBLIC TICKET #3063799 which started at June and still going...
Both issues are not something hard to solve, as i think, they just need someone to really look into them and try to fix them. As my site is live, both issues are very important for my site and bussiness operation, hence i kindly request for one more time to fix them!
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
Please don't serve me that ready made answer for issues with such long conversation already taken place... It is self-evident that i have already be given this answer and that i have already been running the latest updates.
Therefore i would like someone to really look into the technical issues i am referring to!
Hi, I've read all the tickets, comments on the theme forest page, and tried all the solutions provided, and I am also still having this issue.
I have the latest Arkhitekton Theme installed, Neuron 1.2.9, Elementor Pro 3.7.5 & Elementor 3.7.4 installed. The error log points to a conflict with Slider Revolution, and when I disable that and revert the Elementor version, I can get the Elementor editing panel working again. But it means I lose the sliders on the pages I need to edit (eg. my home page).
I don't understand how this has been a continuing issue since the update in May (or even before?) and that it hasn't been resolved, when it's related to compatibility with plugins the theme has packaged with it.
*Adding to this thread as it seems no point starting a new thread, and like so many others - it is not fair to expect users to pay for extended support, when the issues were caused simply by your product updates.

I am afraid your observation is false. The page is loading the elementor Header (K Header) and its Menu section (K Menu) but not the elementor Footer -titled "K Footer' - which is loaded in all the other pages!
You can verify it easily in the screenshot you sent.
The Search Results page is loading only the theme's defualt footer or some kind of it.

Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Arkhitekton theme and Neuron Core plugin.
You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below:

Just managed somehow to unstuck 404 page and make it get the right header and footer.
So our remaining issue is in the Search Results Page not getting the right footer, which is our template footer (K Footer). So please look into that.
