Hi, there seems to be a problem with neuron builder plugin and my website has crashed. "There has been a critical error on this website." error is on display. When I log in to wordpress in recovery mode I can see an error that neuron builder (Version 1.0.5.4) does not load properly. Can you help me? Note that my website is still work in progress, most of the pages are blank, that's normal.
We've already released an update of the Neuron Builder plugin (version 1.0.6.0), to make it compatible with Elementor 3.7.0, please update the Neuron Builder plugin by going to Dashboard > Plugins and you'll see the update button there.
If you can't see the update there, go to Dashboard > Updates > Check for updates.
Hi, I don't seem to be able to update the plugin, since I can only log in to my wordpress dashboard in recovery mode. That is actually visible on the screenshot I previously uploaded. There is a message stating that the plug in failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode. If I exit recovery mode, I am logged out instantly with no access to the dashboard. So, there is no update button at the moment, there is only a resume button, which does not do anything when pressed. Please check the screenshots. Thank you.
No, you were checking it on the right way, but there was an issue that the update was not showing on the dashboard, now I've made sure that it will be on the dashboard in future updates.
