We've already released an update of the Neuron Builder plugin (version 1.0.6.0), to make it compatible with Elementor 3.7.0, please update the Neuron Builder plugin by going to Dashboard > Plugins and you'll see the update button there.
If you can't see the update there, go to Dashboard > Updates > Check for updates.
I'd really like to update the plugin but I can't do it. Don't know if it's because I'm on Recovery mode (the only way I have to enter the admin area), or something else.

Under PLUGINS and DASHBOARD, there is no "Update" option. There must be a way to provide theme purchasers a separate link to download the updated plugin and install, right?
Like others, I can only access WordPress in SAFE MODE because of the plugin issue.
I thought maybe I could reactivate the plugin and see if the "Update" option would appear, but it created the same fatal error the moment I did so.
Before this happened, I was about to move my license for the Manila theme from the current website to another. The new website has Elementor Pro 3.7.3 (with free Elementor 3.7.1). Is the Neuron Plugin v. 1.0.6.0 going to work on that website?
If the new version works with both these versions of Elementor, do you recommend downloading a fresh set of theme files from Themeforest? I can only assume the theme files will be updated to include the new plugin version so new customers won't have the fatal error. The last time the theme was updated was 7 March 2022.
I am curious if after the update it fixed your site? I am still having issues - I'm on a different theme but what you described is the same as mine and I'm on day 10 with no resolution. I am unable to have the plug in activated without fatal crash and without it activated my site has poor user experience as I've used it for my navigation and headers. TIA! - Sarah
