Hello, I have purchased your theme yesterday but am unable to install the theme. When I try to add a new theme, I get a message that "the link has expired. Try again later." Then I tried installing the unzipped folder directly with FTP to my WordPress > wp-content > themes but I see my folders has only text files and not directory. See attachments. Then from my WP I still cannot add the new theme. What seems to be the problem ?
Hi, I have received your reply and would like to test if it works but I think Envato already refunded my client. Would it still be possible for me to try re-installing the theme and if it works I will repay Envato for a new item purchase code ?
