Nope. the support team is not bothered to fix it. I gave them complete access 5 days ago and nothing. I think the only option is to upgrade to elementor pro and build your own header and footer.
exactly!! all the products I purchased seem to work as shown in the preview. here in bifrost the demo files are not complete. even manual configuration doesn't work. I have given up on this coz we cant suggest these to clients. we never know what other issues it has.

I bought a lot of themes on themeforest and Demo Importer always imported me a 1:1 demo. I've never had a problem like this.
