    Hi

    When I click on import demo data I have this error :

    Import Failed

    Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.

    An error occurred while fetching file from: https://neuronthemes.com/arkhitekton/demo-importer/content.xml!
    Reason: 503 - Service Unavailable.

    Can you help me please ?

    Hi Mickaël,

    I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

    It seems like your server is blocking the request to our server (503 error).

    So there are two solutions.

    1) Contact the hosting provider and explain the issue (503 issues in importing).

    2) Provide me with your wp-admin so I can import the demo data manually.

    Feel free to ask for anything you need.
