But the licence is activated in Neuro plugin :

I ve already installed de "neuron_builder.zip", and activated it. But nothing happens, not such an item "neuron" on the menu.

You need to install also the Elementor plugin, as it is required by the theme, you can find it by going to Dashboard > Appearances > Install Plugins.
