I cannot figure out your popups, my headers are jacked up, I thought we had an understanding that everything was going to work, it's now been 4 days and I've yet to get anything up and running, this isn't okay, your documentation does not explain how you go from a template to a popup, what is the process? I need this up and running or I can't use it, this is my second time with these issues

all I'm trying to do is get navigation for my site, I've no idea how these popups work, I can't get anything saved into a popup, makes zero sense, I've spent way to much time again.
Please please please help me with the mobile view, if you're using export and import, neither work for me, takes me to a safe mode where everything is lost, I can't figure this out
I've got to ask for another refund, this isn't going as planned, I needed to be live by now, thus the pre-questions I asked, I DO NOT have time to figure out your system, it's not intuitive, I've burned through way too many hours on something that's pointless, just create something that works. I like the look, however the hours needed to get it correct, is pointless and extremely frustrating, I'm going to initiate a Refund, I won't bother with Neuron in the future, I teach over 70 college level design students, could have helped your sales.
