I've just updated the Neuron Core plugin of the Kyoto theme to the latest version, but the issue is not there, please take a look at the following article on how to solve the problem.

Ok thanks for not trying to fix the root couse. But the issue is in the Neuron Core Plugin. Neuron core still showing 1.0.0 version, so maybe you an read the Update information of your template... 1.2.4 template use 1.0.1 Neuron core that have Fixed the Elementor issue.
Unfortunately I will have to get a new template from an Elementor compatible developer.
I've updated it manually as there's an issue that the latest version is not showing for you.
Have you tried to make the modifications that are explained in the article that I've attached in the previous reply, as now the issue is not at the plugin/theme version?
Have you tried uploading the corrected version to the ENVATO website so it can be downloaded?
You have read the corrections that you yourselves say you made in the new version, I assume if you correct something it is because you have a problem.
As you could see, I have Elementor Pro and my first step was to file a support ticket with them, and after analyzing with elementor support the ENTIRE site and its environment, they detected the same thing that you have already detected, there is an incompatibility problem with Elementor in yout template that you need to fix, I'm assuming that's why you have decided to create a new version of the template, but haven't published it on Envato, since the one on Envato's site IS NOT THE LATEST version.
As I have already told you, the version that is reflected on the site that you claim to have updated is still the version with the error, which you must correct.
For some reason I'm unable to download the fixed 1.2.4 version from themeforest (envato), is there a way you can share me a link for the 1.2.4 version?
I've just downloaded AGAIN the template and still the same old 1.2.3 unfixed version.
I just Open the change log and got the 1.2.3 and theme version still on 1.2.3.

No sir, it's not a Server issue, I have Elementor PRO support and they have confirmed that it is a plugin issue.
Are you planning on fixing it any time soon?
Just Remember someone in your development team publish a change log on envato for the elementor 3.6.x incompatibility issue fix, can you call that guy?

Elementor Won't load if I activate Neuron Core for Kyoto.
So far I have done:
- Disable All Plugins, them enabling Neuron Core (Elementor Edit panel Won't Load)
- Increase memory limit to 512M

Shure, I will share the Admin User, also today I realize you have an Update publish on Envato, but when I download the files, I get the 1.2.3 versión.
This new version is compatible with Elementor 3.6.x, I beleive that could help, since I'm Running Elementor 3.6.6 and Elementor Pro 3.7.2

Since the Themplate core plugin (Neuron Core) is Incompatible with elementor version 3.6.6 – 2022-06-08
You have to Downgrade the elementor version, please navigate to Elementor>Tools>Version Control
And downgrade to version 3.5.5 – 2022-02-03

This issue with the Neuron Core plugin was before, and with the latest version of the theme, it is fixed.
Somehow, the latest version of the theme was not appearing for some of the users, but we've made sure now that the update will appear.
