We've just checked the compatibility between Neuron Builder and Elementor, and everything seems to be compatible, so no errors were running on our end.
Can you please describe the issue that you're having, so we can help you there?
Your builder is incompatible with elementor. There has been no response on our ticket from last Wednesday?

It is not compatible when the builder is deactivated elementor's templates show up. This has been told to you several times.
