So, the demo import just doens't work. Any time i tried to import something all i get is part of the pages, no images and a very confused home.
I tried to do a clean install of wordpress, i tried to download again the theme, nothing, same result.
Checking your video and material i noticed something, in theory i should see on the menu in the dashboard a "neuron" option that i just can't see anywhere. And there is nothing to activate the theme that is strange and probably correlated to the problem.
But like i said, clean installation several times and i still have the same result.
You can see attached a screenshot of the dashboard and one of the website after the demo import.
We can import the demo with the images included on your site, however, you do not have the right to use the photos included in the demo because you do not have the author's permission to use them. The reason why we could incorporate the photos inside the demo after the import is simply for aesthetic reasons.
Themes that contain the 'Free images Included' badge in the preview contain images that are allowed to be used by you without the permission of the author.
About the Neuron option in Dashboard, it is for the themes that use the Neuron Builder plugin, and the Bifrost theme uses the Neuron Core plugin, so all the theme options are at Dashboard > Appearance > Customize.
The demo importer is at Dashboard > Appearance > Import Demo Data.
yes i understand that. But like i said the demo import doens't work at all, you can clearly see it from the screeshot i posted. If you see the screenshot you can clearly see that all the pages are empty. And there are even some elements missing like the social icons. Is that how the demo is supposed to be? Because i understand that we can't use the images but having nothing at all in the demo is pretty different from what you see in the preview.
And it's not only that, even the plugins don't work as they should, the elementor plugin doesn't even work at all for example it asks me to buy it (and not only the pro elements, for everything, and i don't understand the point of selling a theme with elementor without been able to use elementor).

Edit: I found the error, the neuron plugin wasn't installed and apparently you have to take it separatly from the theme zip and upload by yourself. And to use the demo that you want you have to change it from the reading settings (it's the first time that i see this to import a demo).
But there still are some elements missing like the social icons. But i'll find a solution
