All of the Akko theme demo pages are grouped in the Main Demo that you've already imported, so based on the screenshots that you've attached, the demo has already been imported.
You can find all of them by going to Dashboard > Pages.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Akko Theme.
The Demo importer page has no demos and there are no options available

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
Firstly, you need to activate the Neuron Builder license, you can do it by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License.
Please check the following video tutorial for more.
After you activate the Neuron Builder, you can import the demo by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer.

How do I access the templates I saw in the demo page for this this item? I had one of those in mind when I made my purchase
