Is it possible to have the interactive links as a section of a page, almost like a slider? I would like to have it fixed to the top of the homepage, with additional content below it. See attached. This would require that the images stay within the interactive link section and not spill over.

To make it work as you're wanting you have to set the Mouse Out option on, so as soon as you remove the mouse from the item, the image will disappear, so then you can view the content below.

It looks like the default set-up. The images on hover spill over and make the rest of the page impossible to see.
