None of the templates that come with elementor or Neuron themes show up anymore. We have elementor pro but nothing shows up anymore. This NEEDS to be fixed as we are not sure what else is broken since installing the theme.
We’ve done huge research to see why this is happening, and the only issue(solution) that we came to the conclusion of was that your hosting somehow was preventing the requests to our server.
We use Cloudflare, I don’t know if providing an IP would help you in this case.
We've tried our best to fix this issue, but we're not finding the reason why this is happening, the only reason that I think this is happening is that your host is blocking requests in our host.
Can you please try it in the Local Server if the library blocks are showing, or on another website?
If you need any specific template from our Neuron Library, please let me know so I can send it to you.
I am not sure which one it is because we cannot see anything, can you send a couple of options plus the one that came with the theme (screenshot provided)

I've just asked the dev team about the delay, and they told me that they're working on it and they'll come out with a solution tomorrow morning, we're sorry for this.

Yes we already went through this. When the theme is not on the website the library shows up

The menu does not show up without elementor? I am not sure how would that work as neuron builder cannot work without elementor?
