Just bought and installed the theme (after doing a completely fresh install of wordpress) and followed the set-up wizard installing all the plugins. When going to one click demo import everytime I get an error message and can't install the demo (see attached screenshot).
It reads: "An error occurred while fetching file from: https://neuronthemes.com/bifrost/demo importer/pages/elements.xml! Reason: 503 - Service Unavailable."
I deactivated my siteground hosting plugins and tried again, same issue. Hope you can help me solve this fast. I decided to buy this theme because I thought it would be simple to quickly get a website up and running instead of having to go through my more advanced wordpress builder.
Furthermore it is advertised on your purchase page that there are no limits on headers and footers through elementor yet everything requires me to go pro. Is something not activated? I read in your other responses that you'll be on holiday until May 9th. Hope you can reply soon, because I need the website up in 24 hrs.
EDIT: I opened the XLM file, saved it and then used manual import instead. Now the demo I wanted works. However, I would still like a solution for this so that I can automatically import demos.

It seems like your server is blocking the request to our server (503 error), if you access directly the URL you can find the content.xml file.
- https://neuronthemes.com/bifrost/demo-importer/main-demo.xml
So there are two solutions.
1) Contact the hosting provider and explain the issue (503 issue in importing).
2) Save the file from main-demo.xml and go to Dashboard > Tools Import and import the file manually(XML file).
Or please provide me with your wp-admin, so I can import the demo data for you.
