    How do I turn on woocommerce shopping cart notices? I have looked elsewhere. Also is there a place in the database where this theme stores these sort of settings. They are currently being hidden by 

    .woocommerce-message, .woocommerce-notices-wrapper {
      display: none !important; }

    in neuron-frontend.css.
