To remove the cursor we need to remove some part of the theme code from the files, so can you please provide me with your wp-admin so I can remove it.
The part of the code that should be removed is in the neuron-functions.php file, but just to be sure that you won't remove anything else that is important for theme work, it would be better to let me do it for you.
