    Hi

The License Verification Box didn't appear at first because the Neuron Builder wasn´t installed.

I could install it by upploading it from the zip I downloaded after the purchase and the box appeared so I could create my token

But, when I want to verify my token nothing happens, and when I want to import the demo from the "Neuron" menu it seems like th eplugin isn't activated, even though in the plugins menu it looks like it is. And when I click in the "Active Neuron Builder" button it gets me to the License Verification page with the message "Enable the Neuron Theme License Verfication through Envato, the verification will unlock various features of the theme."

    Hi,

You can activate the license by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License, and then you can start to import the demo data.

Please take a look at the following video tutorial for more.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

Looking to another tickets I found this page

    https://neuronthemes.com/neuron-builder/changelog/

There I can see that que Neuron Builder plugin correct version to activate the Manila Theme is 1.0.5.1, but the plugin that I had in the theme zip was version 1.0.4.4 and I can't update it.

Where can I find the latests version?

    Hi,

Thank you, now the plugin works, but the import doesn't. It just keeps importing and nothing happens

    Hi,

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
    Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
    Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values to your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
    php_value memory_limit 256M
    php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards
