I cannot edit pages with Elementor. The editor is grayed out and a blue circle just spins. I tried adding additional server memory, deactivating all plugins, and testing in incognito mode. None of those things resolved the issue.
My hosting provider discovered these two errors on the site:
PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_field() in /www/wp-content/themes/amartha/functions.php:300
PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'ElementorScheme_Typography' not found in /www/wp-content/plugins/neuron-core-amartha/includes/widgets/countdown.php:425
1) Please make sure that all of the required plugins of the theme are activated, you can find them by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install plugins, it seems that the Advanced Custom Fields plugin is missing.
2) There seems to be a conflict between Elementor's latest version and the Neuron Core plugin, so can you please downgrade the Elementor version until we release the update of the Neuron Core plugin?
You can downgrade it by going to Dashboard > Elementor > Tools > Version Control.
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
