Do we need the neuron plugin to make the theme work ? Because the neuron plugin is no more available on the word press plugin store. Even under appearance we don't see it. We found a plugin folder inside the theme documents we've got from Envato but it's not the latest version I think we've tried anyways and after manual installation of the neuron plugin and the re installation of the theme using your wizard we're not able to activate the licence. We generate the API token on the Envato API website but we tried to paste it and activate it on the neuron plugin nothing happen.

I just purchased Kotona and i dont understand what is wrong with it. The simple basic thing of activating the theme is not available, which is kinda nerve wrecking to be honest. I installed the neuron builder plugin and it still gives the same error, i tried the envato api thing, that does not work either.

    Hi,

    1) About the license activation, we've helped both of you with activating it.

    2) In our Kotona theme (especially in our themes that are made via the Neuron Builder) we don't have custom theme options that usually can be found at Appearance > Customize, we don't have these options because our theme can be completely managed from Elementor, so if you have to assign a header to your site, in case to create the template and then go to Appearance > Customize to assign it to the site, you can simply assign it from Elementor Template Display Conditions, and so on.

You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know on working with the Neuron Builder and Kotona Theme.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards
