I have the same Problem. Elemtentor Version 3.6.1. After update didnt work. I switch off Neuron Core Version 1.2.8 and Elemntor start to work but this dosent slove the problem :( longterm.
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
