I'm having trouble verifying my purchase because the plug-ins are not installing, or vice versa. I don't know which needs to happen first to trigger the other.
I installed the "manila" zip file. Followed the on-screen recommendations to install all the plug-ins. Once installed, under the Plug-Ins > Neuron, it says that it's not installed and it allows me to click on the link to install. However, when I attempt to install it, it says that it's already installed. So, taking the system's word for it, I access my Envato account but nothing is popping up or letting me verify my purchase/license. Granted, it's been a few years since I've installed a WP theme and this is a new step for me, so I can be looking in the wrong place.
I've installed and uninstalled numerous times (directly through WordPress and via FTP).
The readme.txt doc says "You should upload only the floona.zip into WordPress, not the whole archive" which I can't locate in the zip file I downloaded.
I tried installing just the file that Envato lists as the "installable WordPress file only" and the plug-in didn't work with this method either.
