I'm having troubles with the verification of my site. I've seen the tutorial that you have in YouTube but still got the problem. I can't see the form in the "License Verification" part.
I've tried other browsers like Edge & Chrome, and still doesn't work.
BTW, I've an API key through Envato as you said in the video.
We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
If after doing this, the license is still not activated, then please provide me with your wp-admin, and I'll have a quick look at it to see what's going on.
I have already done the steps that you tell me and I cannot use the product correctly. For that, I request my refund of $85.91. I am very angry with the service and I don't want it anymore. It hasn't even been 24 hours since my purchase, and since I haven't been able to use my product, I'm entitled to a full refund. Please tell me what steps I must take to formalize the refund request. It's been 5 days since I requested a refund through Envatomarket and you haven't responded. Please, accept the return and make it effective.
