We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
If after doing this, the license is still not activated, then please provide me with your wp-admin, and I'll have a quick look at it to see what's going on.

It hasn't even been 24 hours since my purchase, and since I haven't been able to use my product, I'm entitled to a full refund. Please tell me what steps I must take to formalize the refund request.
