Can you please be more specific about the issue that you're facing?
Have you imported the demo data by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer? If so, then you can find all the product layouts by going to Dashboard > Products.
Do you mean the product template? You're right, there's only one product layout at Dashboard > Templates > Single Product, as the other product layouts were made directly via Elementor, so please go to Dashboard > Product and check for products, you can edit them with Elementor and you can choose between a layout you want to use in general and then add it on the Single Product template.
Unfortunately, there isn't any delete button for the demo, so we have to delete each part of the content one by one, or reset the site.
The best way is to reset the site, so if you have any part of the content (page/post/portfolio/product/template) that you don't want to lose, because, after the reset, everything will be deleted.
You can tell me and I can save it on my device, then after the reset, I'll re-import it.
You can also do it by yourself via the following plugin:
