I contact you, because I want to request the return of the purchase of this theme. I have had many problems with the installation. Many Errors with license activation and the Envato API Personal Token generation.
After many attempts, I still get errors. I think that there are too many steps to follow for a simple Wordpress theme.
Please, tell me what is the procedure for the return of my purchase.
We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
