Typically how long does it take to respond to a support ticket. I opened a private ticket yesterday and wanted to get an idea how long I need to wait before I can expect a response.
I have the SAME question. I sent off a request for help with some issues OVER 30 hours ago and see you have been replying others who have opened tickets LESS than 24 hours ago and have replied them but I have absolutely NO response and am still left waiting with ALL the issues for OVER 30 hours.

Again - the SAME thing has happened. My request has been ignored and am still having the same issues!
