When I tried to install the plugin Neuron and you are directed to the License Verification page, the box dose not appear below so I can add my purchase key in? I then went to try and install the plugin via my dashboard and it came up with a error message? Can you help please? Many thanks Sharon

The video link show's the Neuron plugin is already installed and you then go through the steps. I went to the theme that I purchased, then click on theme setup, clicked on the Neuron & Revolution plugin, it then says it's installing but direct me to page where I can't add the key code in. If I go to the theme and try to install the plugin it comes up with a message saying unauthorized? Can you help please?

Ive been watching the video's but I can't see the page Travelosophy templates? When ever I had a block or look in the library the theme templates are not there, I must be doing something wrong?

After you activate the license, you can import the demo data by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer, and importing the Main Demo that you'll see there, then every demo page will be imported to your site.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know on working with the Neuron Builder and Travelosophy Theme.
Hello I've already imported the demo material and have been watching the video tutorials. I've attached images to show you I've imported them and to show my theme is active, the other image is of when I go to add blocks I was expecting to see the theme Travelosophy pages within the library? Where can I select 'Fullsceen Homepage' or another layout. It's not using any of the Travelosophy theme fonts or page layouts just the ones that come with Neuron builder. I've just tested the block templates, and they were working alright, but notice that you can't import a post/category block template to a page, and the post/category template has only the dynamic part designed in the template, the post content should be added individually for each of them.
We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)

I have deleted the token and created a new one. I've also tried uninstalling the theme and reinstalling it and it didn't work either. Thank you very much!
This probably has to do with the version of the Neuron Builder plugin that you're having, so please make sure that you're running the latest version, which is v.1.0.5.1
Please update it by going to Dashboard > Plugins, and you will see there an update button at the Neuron Builder plugin.

I was that you haven't installed the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've installed it by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.
