We've just released the update of the Neuron Builder plugin, please update it by going to Dashboard > Plugins, and you will see there an update button at the Neuron Builder plugin.
If the update is not available from there, please go to Dashboard > Updates > Check for updates, and you'll see it there.
I have done all the updates but it still doesn't work. Look how the menu is on mobile and how it should be. Can you please do the necessary quickly, it's quite urgent.

I saw that you're not using the Neuron Nav Menu element, so please go to the Elementor search element are, and search for the Nav Menu, then add on the header template the Nav Menu element that has the Neuron icon on it.
