Good evening, Have been trying to activate the Neuron Builder License Verfication through Envato. But nothing happens after paste the Envato token in the required field.
I've read some other tickets, and even updated Neuron Builder plugin to its latest version. But it stils the same.
We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
I´ve already done that process over and over again, and stills not work. It loads for a couple of seconds, without refreshing the page, but nothing happens. Please see attachments.
Sorry, but I think I am having trouble in assembling Ginea theme... Souldn't I be able to import all Ginea demos, in the import demo section? The only option is import main demo...
Hi, Do you have any YT video regarding exclusivelly Ginea theme? For what I can see it is not possible to import full pre-established homes, selecting, for exemple, Demo Creative Furniture, and all the features just will be displayed as I can see in your previews.
The video tutorials are just examples, and unfortunately, we don't have any video tutorial that is exclusively for the Ginea theme, if you don't want to import the whole demo but only a specific page, please tell me so I can attach that page there and you can import only it.
We would like our site to look just like the demo Creative Furniture. The structure, colors, footer, fonts... It´s the first time I have this trouble trying to figure out how to establish any demo.
I'm seeing that you've imported the demo, but it wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your WP and then re-import only the Creative Furniture demo. Is there something that you don't want to lose from the site, after the reset everything will be deleted?

All of the Genie demo pages are included in the Main Demo, so you have to import the Main demo group and all of the content will be imported.
