    Hi,

My cart does not look the same as the cart from the demos. I've tried changing the style in Elementor but it does not seem to change anything. How do I modify the look of the cart to look like the one in the demo?

The number of items in the cart does not get updated when new items are added unless the page is refreshed.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Just checked and the cart is working perfectly right now. May I ask what caused the problem? I noticed that the Elementor Pro has been disabled. Was it due to incompatibility?

I also noticed that the transparent header on the front page is not working anymore. (Edit: Nevermind. Somehow it fixed itself)

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

The Elementor Pro version is fully compatible with the theme, if you haven't purchased it, you are not forced to purchase it, as the Neuron Builder plugins give features that are also included in the Elementor Pro version.

You can take a look at the following article about the Neuron Builder plugin.

    https://neuronthemes.com/neuron-builder/

You can also take a look at the documentation of the Amina theme and video tutorials.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Hi,

What I meant was that what caused the cart UI to go wrong in the first place? We had Elementor Pro installed and it has been disabled after the fix. We can enable it again without causing anymore problems correct?

I'm also asking this because Elementor Pro's form has integration with MailerLite.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

I don't think that this is an issue related to the Elementor Pro, you activate it as it is fully compatible with the theme, if anything breaks after the activation, please tell us and we'll fix that.

    Hi,

When I activate Elementor Pro again, the problem with the cart came back (p1.jpg). Also, when adding an item to cart, the side bar does not show up (p2.jpg). The page has to be refreshed in order to see the updated cart.

I have disabled Elementor Pro and now the cart is back to normal. Any advice on how to proceed?

Edit: The popup builder does not seem to work anymore. The search button does not open the search overlay. Please advise.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

    1) It seems that the Elementor Pro is interacting with the style of the menu cart, I've added some custom CSS to the menu cart to fix its style.

    2) We're going to release an update to fix it as soon as possible, we'll let you know about anything.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Seems that Elementor Pro was enabled and I'm able to edit the popup again.

    1) The cart still looks the same though. (8FebCart.jpg)

    2) You mean the fix for the menu cart? Looking forward to the update.

    Thanks you!

    Hi,

    1) I saw that the code that I've added to the menu cart was removed, so I've added it again at Elementor > Site Settings > Custom CSS, please check it and tell me if we still need to improve it.

    2) No, I mean the update will fix the popup issue, as the popup is not editable with Elementor free version, but we're currently working on fixing it.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Hi,

Alright I can see the CSS code added there. Couple things though.

    1) When adding an item to cart, sometimes the cart side bar does not appear. The page has to be refreshed for the cart to be updated. Sometimes, the cart side bad could not be closed.

It seems that when the cart side bar is opened when adding item to cart, the side bar cannot be closed. However after removing items from the cart, it can be closed again. When you open the cart manually by clicking on the icon, it can be closed.

    2) The price in the cart side bar is fixed at 14px, however it also applied to the product price in the single products page since they share the same CSS class. Edit: I've fixed this via CSS.

    3) On mobile, the cart does not show the product image. Was this intended? Edit: I've fixed this via CSS.

Edit: There's an issue with the CSS classes. They are being overwritten by something. The columns on mobile does not work anymore. Seems to be due to the Elementor interacting with the styles like you mentioned before. I have to manually set the CSS all the broken styles. The styles show correctly on Elementor editor but on the frontend it is totally different. Please refer to the following for reference since I can't attach more image: FooterExample.jpg

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I'm so sorry for the late reply, somehow I've missed your ticket.

We've just released the update of the Neuron Builder plugin, please update it by going to Dashboard > Plugins, and you will see there an update button at the Neuron Builder plugin.

If the update is not available from there, please go to Dashboard > Updates > Check for updates, and you'll see it there.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I've updated the plugin.

    1) I'm not sure if you've seen that I've updated the reply below. We are currently facing issues with the CSS being overwritten like the provided example (FooterExample.jpg). However, I've found that after removing the menu cart css from Custom CSS in Elementor, the style is back to normal. If you look at our site on mobile, the footer is back to normal.

    2) Our cart sidebar still does not close after adding item to cart. The cart side bar works normally after refreshing the page. On our staging site, we've disabled Elementor Pro and the cart side bar works like normal again! I think Elementor Pro is causing problems to the theme, I guess our best option is to disable it?

    Best Regards

    Hi,

We're so sorry for the late reply, we had a holiday yesterday.

This seems to be an issue with the Elementor Pro and Neuron Builder, so can you please deactivate it until we solve this issue, if you're using the Elementor Pro version for a feature, please let me know so I can make sure to add again some CSS that won't affect to the other parts of the website.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind regards
