I can edit the contact form without problem, but there is a title that cannot be deleted, see video please. Also at the top is the giant logo that I don't know why appeared on every page of the website. Reason why the pages are not correct.

1) About the logo, I've already solved it on this site, the issue was addressed by another user, so in this case, we're clear.
2) That bar that you're seeing is the breadcrumb, and you can disable it by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Utility > Breadcrumbs, or by going to Page settings > General > Breadcrumbs.

3) The contact form can't be edited through Elementor, but by going to Dashboard > Contact Forms.
