1) The link to the portfolio page that you've attached is leading to the demo homepage, can you please find that portfolio page via the link below then attach it here.
2) You can add a contact form at the bottom of each project by creating a footer template with the contact form on top of it, and then you can assign that footer template to the portfolio items, by going to edit portfolio item > general settings > footer > template.

Have you imported the demo data, if so, you have also imported that portfolio item, so please go to Dashboard > Portfolio > All Items, and search for Side Portfolio v6.

I tried to create it though elementor but icant see any settings for this in nurocore
