We've just released an update for fixing this, this was an issue with the license of the theme, so please go and update the Neuron Builder plugin, you can update it by going to the Dashboard > Updates, and there you can see the plugin, if not, click on the check for updates button and then the plugin will appear there.
But if none of the mentioned methods doesn't work, please delete the current version of the plugin that you're using and install the following one by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugins.

I currently use the site offline, online only at my local host. I can't activate it this way?
