I am using the Plugin WPML and for the translation of my website and i want to translate the product archive template (elementor pro function) displaying on category pages. The problem is that the translation is not displaying on the shop & category pages. I have contacted the WPML support and they are saying that the problem is from theme not their plugin. Can you guys check what is causing this problem and how it can be solved?

When you go inside of a product, please click on the Edit Translation at the admin bar, and there's the option to translate it.
