We can import the demo with the images included on your site, however, you do not have the right to use the photos included in the demo because you do not have the author's permission to use them. The reason why we could incorporate the photos inside the demo after the import is simply for aesthetic reasons.
Themes that contain the 'Free images Included' badge in the preview contain images that are allowed to be used by you without the permission of the author.
So if you want to re-import the demo with images included, we have to reset your site and I'll import the demo, but please tell me if there's something from the site that you don't want to lose, if there's any page/template, I'll save it on my device and then I will re-import it after the demo.
And can you please create a user for me using our email: [email protected], because I've tried the log-in information that you've sent me but it isn't working.

It seems like your server is blocking the request to our server (503 error), if you access directly the URL you can find the content.xml file.
- https://neuronthemes.com/"theme-name"/demo-importer/main-demo.xml
So there are two solutions.
1) Contact the hosting provider and explain the issue (503 issue in importing).
2) Save the file from main-demo.xml and go to Dashboard > Tools Import and import the file manually(XML file).
Or you can provide me with your wp-admin, so I can import the demo for you.
