It says there was an issue with the Theme Setup and now when I go to the Neuron Dashboard, whether I click "Activate Neuron Builder" or go to "License", it just says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
This is the Envato Market Health Check - all green. I tried to completely uninstall the theme and reinstall, no luck. All plugins etc should be up to date since I'm downloading them all today.
I've just deactivated the Envato Market plugin, then I went to Dashboard > Neuron > License and pasted the license key that you've added before at the Envato Market plugin, and now the Neuron Builder plugin is activated.

I'm seeing that the demo has messed up, so can we reset the WP, and then I'll import the demo, but is there anything that you don't want to lose after the reset, if so, then tell me the pages/templates or whatever it is so I can save on my device and import that part of content again.
