2) Save the file from main-demo.xml and go to Dashboard > Tools Import and import the file manually(XML file).
Or you can provide me with your wp-admin, so I can import the demo for you.
We also saw that you've left a one-star rating on ThemeForest, and this seems unfair because that issue can be really solved so quickly, so we would be glad if after we resolve this you can change the rate from one-star to five-star.
I can't import any demos. Every time I try, I get a 503 error (please see attached screenshot). All plugins, except for Contact Form 7, are installed.

It seems like your server is blocking the request to our server (503 error), if you access directly the URL you can find the content.xml file.
- https://neuronthemes.com/bifrost/demo-importer/main-demo.xml
