I've just updated the Neuron Builder plugin to the latest version (1.0.4.3) as you were using an old version (1.0.2) because I thought that the problem was at the plugin, but it seems that the license key is not created correctly.
We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
I have added & activated API for the Amina theme, but I am unable to import the demo as it freezes in importing. I have been facing lots of issues due to this theme and I am not sure if it is stable for the future. Hence, I request you to initiate the refund so I can continue with the other theme and move forward with my business.

Also along with this, I also want the assurance that there won't be any further conflicts in this theme.I request you to import the demo ASAP so I can get my work done and then I don't have to initiate a refund as well.

When I was trying to import the demo I got an Error 500, so this is not a theme issue, but a server issue.
